Enigma Explorers will be holding an Adventure trip to Kandersteg in Switzerland from 16th to 27th Aug 2027.
We expect to fly out from Manchester to Geneva, beautiful train journey to Kandersteg itself and and then an adventure packed trip including opportunities (which the Explorers themselves will build as a trip programme) such as climbing, Via Farrata, Alpine hut overnight stay, Glacier Workshop, Tobogganing, white water rafting / canyoning, high altitude hikes, International day, on site Scout Workshops and Jamboree experiences, city experience and unique badge programme activities on site and in the surrounding area.
This is a ‘selection required’ event for those that at the time of the trip will be Peak Explorers and Network, you must attend one of these Explorer units – with limited places available. Scouts will attend all of the training weekends which prepare you for the event as well as giving you the opportunity to be involved in shaping it and the campsite approach during your stay to make it seamless.
We expect Scouts to personally fundraise their costs (which is part of the journey itself).
